My DJ Cloud LLC (“MDC”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) provides cloud storage and library management software (the “Service”, as defined in the Terms and Conditions). Through our website and applications, (the “Platform”), users may be requested to provide personal information. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you about the information we collect and how we use it. If you choose to use paid Services offered by MDC, you will be asked to provide your name and credit card number. Such information will be submitted directly to our payment processor, Braintree. MDC does not store your credit card number.

1.3 Your usage data

In order to provide the Service, we require usage data, including: (i) information about your type of membership; (ii) your interactions with the Service; and (iii) library and file information.

1.4 Log Data

For the purpose of improving the service and to help with customer support, MDC may collect certain technical information through the use of log files. Information in a log file may include errors and warnings, operating system, MDC app version number, date/time stamps, and other usage information and statistics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information that we collect for the following reasons: (i) to provide the MDC service to you; (ii) to diagnose and remedy potential issues with the Service; and (iii) to communicate updates about your account and updates about the service itself.

We do not share any of your information with any third party for any reason, unless obligated by law.
